This is the serious machine. Polaris-class dune buggies with roll cages, race harnesses and long-travel suspension that eats the tallest dunes of the Al Badayer desert. If the quad bike is a taste of the sand, the buggy is the full meal.
After a safety briefing you follow the lead vehicle deep into the dune field — up ridges a normal car could never climb, down slopes that feel vertical. Two hours later you'll understand why buggy drives are the fastest-growing desert sport in the UAE.

Good to know
Quad bike or dune buggy — what's the difference?
The quad is a solo bike you balance and steer yourself on moderate dunes. The buggy is a caged two/four-seat vehicle with a steering wheel and harness that tackles far bigger terrain at higher speed. Buggy needs a valid driving licence for the driver; quad does not.
Do I need a driving licence for the buggy?
The person driving needs a valid licence (home country licence accepted). Passengers need none.
Can children ride in the buggy?
Children 5+ can ride as passengers in the 4-seater with a parent. Drivers must be 18+.
