How a booking is made, confirmed and paid for.
How do I book a tour with Elite Arabian Tourism?
Fill the booking form on any tour page or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability by reply, usually within the hour. No advance online payment is needed — you pay on the day of your tour.
Do I need to pay online to confirm my booking?
No. Your booking is confirmed by WhatsApp, and payment is collected on the day — cash or card. It's the simplest, safest way for travellers.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes — cancellations and date changes are free up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll always try to find a solution first.
Can we have a vehicle to ourselves?
Yes — the Private Desert Safari is priced per vehicle rather than per person, so your group travels alone with your own driver and sets its own pace and pickup time.
Pickup, food and groups
Where we collect you from and what happens at the camp.
Do you pick up from any hotel in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?
Yes — pickup and drop-off from hotels, apartments and residences across Dubai and Abu Dhabi is included in every tour. Share your location when booking and your driver arrives at the door.
Is food on the safari halal? Are vegetarian options available?
All meat served at our camps is halal, and every buffet includes vegetarian dishes. Mention allergies or special diets when booking and the kitchen will prepare for it.
Do you arrange tours for large groups or companies?
Yes — from family reunions to corporate desert nights for hundreds of guests. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size and we'll build a custom package and price.
How many guests fit in one vehicle?
Up to six guests share one 4x4. Larger groups travel in a convoy of vehicles that stay together for the whole tour, so you arrive at the camp at the same time.

What to wear, what to bring and when to come.
What should I wear and bring on a desert safari?
Light comfortable clothing, sunglasses and sunscreen. Sandals or trainers work best on sand. From November to March bring a light jacket for after sunset. Your phone and camera — fully charged.
Which is the best time of year for a desert safari?
October to April offers the most pleasant desert weather. In summer, choose the morning safari or the evening safari — both avoid the peak afternoon heat.
Should I choose the morning, evening or overnight safari?
The evening safari is the full experience: dune bashing, sunset, BBQ dinner and live shows, back at your hotel around 9:30 PM. The morning safari is shorter and cooler, best if your afternoon is already booked. The overnight safari adds dinner, a night in the camp and sunrise over the dunes.

Is dune bashing safe?
Yes. Every safari driver is licensed and trained for desert driving, vehicles carry roll cages and safety equipment, and routes are chosen to match the group. Tell your driver if you'd like a gentler ride — it's your safari.
Can children and elderly guests join the tours?
Absolutely — desert safaris are family experiences. For very young children, pregnant guests or elderly family members we arrange gentle routes or direct camp transfers so everyone enjoys the evening.
