Booking terms

A booking exists once we have replied to confirm it. Sending the form or a WhatsApp message is a request, not a reservation — until you have our confirmation with a pickup time, nothing is held.

You need to be 18 or over to make a booking. If you are booking for other people, please make sure they know these terms too.

All prices on this site are in UAE dirhams and include hotel pickup and drop-off. Where a tour is priced per vehicle, that price covers the whole group in that vehicle. Optional add-ons are priced separately and shown before you book.

You pay your driver on the day, in cash or by card. Nothing is charged when you book, and we never ask for card details in advance or over WhatsApp. If anyone asks you to pay online in our name, it is not us — please tell us.

You can cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Just message us.

Inside 24 hours, message us anyway — we will try to move you to another date before treating it as a cancellation. Because you have not paid anything up front, a cancellation costs you nothing.

If you are not at the pickup point and we cannot reach you, the driver waits as long as the schedule allows and then continues. That counts as a no-show and the tour cannot be repeated the same day.

Sandstorms, heavy rain and unsafe dune conditions do happen. If the desert is not safe we will move your tour to another day or cancel it, and you pay nothing.

We may also change the order of activities, the camp or the route for safety or operational reasons. The experience you booked stays the same in substance.

Pickup windows on each tour page are the times we aim for. Traffic in Dubai and Abu Dhabi can move them by a few minutes, and your driver will keep you updated.

Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the start of your window, and make sure the number you gave us can receive a call or a WhatsApp message that day.

Dune bashing is a physical activity. It is not suitable for pregnant women, for guests with heart, back, neck or spinal conditions, or for anyone recovering from surgery. If that applies to anyone in your group, tell us when booking — we will arrange a direct transfer to the camp so they still get the evening.

Seat belts stay fastened during the drive and drivers' instructions are to be followed. If you would like a gentler ride, tell your driver at the start and he will take the softer route.

Quad bikes and buggies are ridden at your own risk, after a briefing and with the safety equipment provided. Riders must meet the minimum age and be sober.

Children are welcome on every desert safari and city tour, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Child pricing, where it applies, is shown on the tour page.

For very young children or elderly guests we can arrange a gentler route or a direct camp transfer. Please ask when booking rather than on the day.

Please keep your phone, camera and bags with you. Vehicles and camps are shared spaces and we cannot take responsibility for items left behind, though we will always help you try to find them.

Guests are guests of the UAE. Please respect local customs at the camp and at religious sites, particularly regarding dress and photography of other people. Alcohol is not served on our desert tours.

We may end a tour early, without a refund, for behaviour that puts other guests or staff at risk.

Camp photographers may take pictures during the evening; these are offered to you and you are free to decline. If you would rather not appear in any photos used for our own marketing, tell your driver or message us and we will make sure you do not.

We run our tours with licensed drivers and maintained vehicles, and we take our duty of care seriously. We are not responsible for losses outside our control, such as flight delays, weather, traffic or your own travel insurance arrangements.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
