Privacy policy

When you send a booking enquiry — through the form on this site, on WhatsApp or by email — we receive your name, the way you asked us to reply (email address or WhatsApp number), and the details of the tour you want: date, number of guests, and your hotel or pickup area.

That is all. We do not ask for passport details, and we never ask for card or bank details, because tours are paid in person on the day.

Only to answer you and to run your tour: confirming availability, sending your pickup time, giving the driver the address, and contacting you if something changes on the day.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

This website has no database and no accounts. A booking enquiry is turned into an email that lands in our business inbox, and it lives there — nothing about you is stored on this website.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes ordinary server logs such as IP address and browser type in order to serve pages and block abuse.

The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat with our business number and pre-fill a message. Anything you send there is handled inside WhatsApp under Meta's own privacy terms, in addition to this policy.

The chat window in the corner of this site is provided by tawk.to. If you open it and send us a message, the conversation is stored on tawk.to's servers so we can read it and reply, and so the thread is still there if you come back.

You choose what to put in the chat. Please do not send card details, passport numbers or anything else sensitive — we never need them, and we never ask for payment before your tour.

tawk.to also records the country a visitor is chatting from and which page they were on, which is how we know whether to reply in the morning or the middle of the night. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with it.

The live chat sets cookies in your browser. They are what let the chat remember an open conversation as you move between pages, so that you are not starting again on every page. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not shared with advertisers.

Beyond the chat, this site sets no cookies of its own. We do use Vercel Analytics to count page views, so we know which tours people actually read about. It records the page you opened, the site you came from, your country and city, and your browser and device type. It sets no cookies at all, and it cannot follow you to other websites or tell us who you are — visitors are counted using a code worked out from the request itself, and that code is thrown away after 24 hours.

We run no advertising trackers today — there is no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads tag and nothing similar on this site. If we ever start advertising and add one, we will say so here, and we will ask for your consent before it loads rather than turning it on quietly.

Enquiry emails are kept while we are arranging your tour and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about a booking that has already happened. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it — there is no form to fill and no charge.

Children join our tours with their families, but this website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect details directly from anyone under 18. Bookings are made by an adult.

If we start using something new, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no notification list, so it is worth checking here if it matters to you.
